Interview with Mona Noyes: 86 years old and a Master Athlete of Aging

In today’s episode, Rebecca and I interviewed my client, Mona Noyes, who started training a year ago at age 85. Mona is living proof that it is never too late to begin a strength training program if you want to get stronger.
