BT = Basic Training (Group Personal Training Classes)
FM = Flexibility & Movement (Mobility/Stretch class)
CON - Conditioning work only. (Not a strength class. Just come and sweat for 45 minutes. Open to all members.)
ASC = All Strength Class (Barbell training - Squat, press, deadlift, bench. For lifters who have experience.) (By permission of the instructor only. If you are interested in attending this class, please email Emily at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule an assessment.)
WSC = Women’s Strength Class (For new lifters. Beginning barbell class for women only.) (By permission of the instructor only. If you are interested in attending this class, please email Emily at email@example.com to schedule an assessment.)
OW – Open Weight Room. Open for all members who have been barbell training at Fivex3 for at least three months. Unlimited monthly members only. No coach available.
OT – Open Turf Room – Open to all members who have been training at Fivex3 for at least three months. No coach available.
Open Gym - Weight room and Turf room are open to members only. (No formal class. Come on in and train, foam roll or stretch.)
