BT = Basic Training (General fitness program: Group Classes)
ST = Strength Training ( Barbell training – Squat, press, deadlift, bench, power clean – Group sessions)
FM = Flexibility & Movement (Mobility/Stretch class)
OW – Open Weight Room. Open for all members who have been barbell training at Fivex3 for at least three months. Coach may or may not be available.
OT – Open Turf Room – Open to all members who have been training at Fivex3 for at least three months. No coach available.
