BT = Basic Training (Our Basic Training Program: Group Personal Training Classes)
ST = Strength Training ( Barbell training – Squat, press, deadlift, bench, power clean.)
FM = Flexibility & Movement (Mobility/Stretch class)
CON - Conditioning (Not a strength class. Just come and sweat for 45 minutes. Open to all members.)
OW – Open Weight Room. Open for all members who have been barbell training at Fivex3 for at least three months. Coach may or may not be available.
OT – Open Turf Room – Open to all members who have been training at Fivex3 for at least three months. No coach available.
