We encourage ALL new clients to attend our Orientation before they begin taking our classes. Orientations are EVERY Saturday at 1 pm and last for approximately an hour. Please wear workout clothes and feel free to bring water and a mat or towel if you’d like as we may put you through an assessment during the Orientation. Also, please check our website in the unlikely event that we have a schedule change. Contact us anytime with questions.
YES!!! We do have early morning classes! Please join us on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 6:45am for Basic Training.
If Baltimore City Schools are delayed or canceled due to inclement weather, the 6:45am class is canceled for that morning. Please check the news before heading out. .
